Zoom locks up camera

I am pretty happy with this app...., but when I fully zoom in on a subject the camera locks up occasionally. The app still functions, but the camera itself freezes. I had to either restart the phone or open the native camera app, and slide to video to unfreeze the camera. Im currently vacationing and it gets a bit annoying when Ive got the shot perfectly lined up and the camera becomes inoperative.
